Za tiste, ki jih sprejmejo proaktivno, pa predstavlja prilo\u017enost za krepitev zaupanja in privla\u010dnosti kot delodajalca.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Kaj direktiva dejansko zahteva?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nova pravila niso samo \u00bblepa gesta\u00ab \u2013 so zavezujo\u010de obveznosti z jasnimi sankcijami za neupo\u0161tevanje. Tukaj so klju\u010dne zahteve, ki jih morajo poznati vsi kadroviki in lastniki podjetij:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Obvezna objava pla\u010d v zaposlitvenih oglasih.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Od uveljavitve direktive bodo morale vse objave za prosta delovna mesta vsebovati informacijo o vi\u0161ini pla\u010de ali pla\u010dnem razponu. Kandidati bodo torej \u017ee pred prvim razgovorom vedeli, koliko lahko pri\u010dakujejo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Prepoved vpra\u0161anj o prej\u0161njih pla\u010dah.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Na razgovoru delodajalec ne bo smel spra\u0161evati kandidata, koliko je zaslu\u017eil pri prej\u0161njem delodajalcu. Namen je jasen: prepre\u010diti, da bi se pla\u010dne neenakosti iz preteklosti prena\u0161ale naprej v nov delovni odnos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Pravica zaposlenih do vpogled v pla\u010dne podatke.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Zaposleni bodo imeli pravico zahtevati informacije o svoji pla\u010di in povpre\u010dnih pla\u010dah sodelavcev, ki opravljajo enako ali primerljivo delo. Klavzule o zaupnosti, ki zaposlenim prepovedujejo razkrivanje pla\u010d, bodo postale neveljavne.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Poro\u010danje o pla\u010dni vrzeli med spoloma.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Podjetja z 250 ali ve\u010d zaposlenimi bodo morala letno poro\u010dati o pla\u010dni vrzeli med mo\u0161kimi in \u017eenskami. Podjetja med 100 in 250 zaposlenimi bodo poro\u010dala vsaka tri leta. \u010ce bo vrzel presegla 5 %, bo moralo podjetje skupaj s sindikati analizirati razloge in uvesti popravljalne ukrepe.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Zakaj to ni le birokratska obveznost<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Podjetja, ki gledajo na pla\u010dno transparentnost zgolj kot na zakonsko breme, bodo imela te\u017eave. Podjetja, ki bodo ta pri\u010dakovanja izpolnila, bodo la\u017eje privabila in zadr\u017eala kakovostne kadre.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Kako se pripraviti? Konkretni koraki za podjetja<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Izku\u0161nje podjetij, ki se na direktivo \u017ee pripravljajo, ka\u017eejo, da je klju\u010dno za\u010deti \u010dim prej.
