Na kadrovskem podro\u010dju se psiholo\u0161ka testiranja najve\u010dkrat uporabljajo v selekcijskem postopku ter pri na\u010drtovanju razvoja in napredovanja zaposlenih.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nekatera podjetja psiholo\u0161ko testiranje (pri rekrutiranju) izvajajo \u017ee v fazi prijav, nekatera pred prvim intervjujem, velika ve\u010dina pa testiranje opravi na koncu postopka, ko so v o\u017ejem izboru recimo top trije kandidati, med katerimi se odlo\u010dajo za zasedbo prostega delovnega mesta.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Samo iz CV-ja in na intervjuju namre\u010d te\u017eko pridobijo vse informacije o tem, kak\u0161no vedenje lahko pri\u010dakujejo od kandidata, ko ga sprejmejo na delovno mesto. Zaradi tega je seveda zelo za\u017eeleno, da pri selekcijskih postopkih uporabijo tudi objektivne metode, kot so razna testiranja, \u0161e najbolje pa se obnese kombinacija razli\u010dnih metod.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Praksa podjetij je glede uporabe testiranja zelo razli\u010dna, obstaja pa tudi ogromno oblik testiranj, ki se seveda razlikujejo glede na zahtevnost delovnega mesta. Najbolj raz\u0161irjeni in pogosto v uporabi, izvajamo jih tudi v Rekruterju, so ocenjevalni centri, psiholo\u0161ka testiranja in preverjanje referenc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ocenjevalni centri<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ocenjevalni centri so v porastu, uporabljajo pa jih predvsem ve\u010dja, mednarodna podjetja za ocenjevanje razli\u010dnih profilov v organizacijski strukturi podjetja. Namenjeni so testiranju sposobnosti, kompetenc, inteligence in osebnosti kandidatov. Vsaka organizacija se testiranja loti z razli\u010dnimi nameni, vendar so klju\u010dne smernice vsem enotne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ocenjujeta se posameznikovo delo znotraj skupine kot tudi njegov individualen nastop.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vedenje udele\u017eencev spremljajo in ocenjujejo izku\u0161eni ocenjevalci.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Postopek vklju\u010duje razli\u010dne naloge ter traja najmanj 4 ure in najve\u010d 2 dni.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ocenjevanje poteka po vnaprej dolo\u010denih kriterijih.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Psiholo\u0161ka testiranja<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Psiholo\u0161ki testi v kakr\u0161nikoli obliki so namenjeni kvantifikaciji umskih sposobnosti, usposobljenosti, inteligence in osebnostnih lastnosti. Obstaja ve\u010d vrst testiranj, ki jih lahko ponudimo naro\u010dnikom. Med najbolj pogoste oblike psiholo\u0161kih testiranj spadajo testi sposobnosti, testi osebnosti, psihometri\u010dni testi in projekcijski testni postopki. Pri Rekruterju testiranja, ki so odvisna od zahtevnosti delovnega mesta, vedno opravi za to usposobljen psiholog.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Testiranja so koristna tudi za kandidata oz. \u017ee zaposlenega sodelavca, saj ta pridobi povratno informacijo o lastnih sposobnostih in lastnostih, ki so vodilo za njegov nadaljnji razvoj. Na podlagi tega se lahko posamezniku pripravi tudi karierni na\u010drt, ki temelji na napredku in usposabljanju zaposlenega.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Psiholo\u0161ka testiranja lahko potekajo v \u017eivo ali na daljavo, odvisno od namena in vrste testov. Teste osebnosti lahko kandidati re\u0161ujejo tudi od doma, testi sposobnosti pa se vedno re\u0161ujejo na sede\u017eu podjetja ali kadrovski agenciji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preverjanje referenc<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Preverjanje referenc v praksi poteka na dveh ravneh. Reference se lahko pridobijo v pisni obliki na podlagi zahteve v zaposlitvenem oglasu ali ob razgovoru. Tej obliki pravimo priporo\u010dilo ali priporo\u010dilno pismo. Druga pot pridobitve reference poteka na osebni ravni, obi\u010dajno preko telefonskega stika s kontaktno osebo biv\u0161ega delodajalca. Zaradi varovanja osebnih podatkov je za osebno preverjanje klju\u010dno soglasje kandidata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pri Rekruterju opa\u017eamo, da nekateri naro\u010dniki izrecno zahtevajo preverbo referenc pri prej\u0161njih delodajalcih in brez tega kandidat ne more \u010dez selekcijski postopek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ko boste naslednji\u010d v selekcijskem postopku dele\u017eni katerega izmed psiholo\u0161kih testiranj se nikar ne obremenjujete po nepotrebnem. Kot ste lahko prebrali, je to zgolj v pomo\u010d delodajalcem, da la\u017eje izberejo kandidata v kon\u010dnem izboru ali bodisi za razvoj va\u0161ih kompetenc pri trenutnem delodajalcu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vedite, da delodajalec, ki se je odlo\u010dil za psiholo\u0161ko testiranje, skrbi za svoje zaposlene, se resno in veliko ukvarja z njimi ter jih spremlja tudi kasneje v karieri.
